Tempering Blood Gems are a type of Blood Gem in Bloodborne.

In-Game Description

A blood gem that fortifies weapons and adds various properties. Blood gems are especially rare blood stones that grow on coldblood.

Blood gems are kneaded into weapons using workshop tools, but only when of matching shape.

Tomb of Oedon:
- Found on a corpse.
Nightmare of Mensis:
- Before Micolash's arena, in one of the cages with a Carrion Crow.
  - Radial/Rating 14 - Physical ATK UP+12.6% / Boosts rally potential+2.3%.
Fishing Hamlet:
- Inside the first house near the lamp.
  - Radial/Rating 17 - Physical ATK UP+9.1% / Blunt ATK UP+10.9%.
Lighthouse Hut:
- Behind a large warehouse filled with Fishmen in the nearby village. The warehouse has a connecting bridge and Fishman Mage, as well as a patrol with Fish Dogs.

- Down the elevator shortcut, near the second Winter Lantern, on a ledge overlooking the bottom of the well.

Uniquely, they also affect the damage of bloodtinge so its good for skilltinge and stringe (Bloodtinge Gems are more effective on pure Bloodtinge build).
