Gascoigne and Henryk is the second chapter of my third fanfiction, "The Last Hunt". This chapter is the first official chapter, since the previous one mainly serves as the introduction. I hope you enjoy.
Gascoigne and Henryk []
Gascoigne and Henryk made a fierce duo, and destroyed any beast that stood in their way. Henryk was the smarter of the two, while Gascoigne was stronger, faster, and deadlier. They quickly became good friends, and were feared by anyone who wasn't their ally.
As Henryk grew older and older, Gascoigne's access to the Healing Church allowed Henryk to use some of the Old Blood. This resulted in Henryk's lifespan increasing by a massive margin. Henryk then gained the strength and agility of a man almost half of his age.
For almost ten years, Gascoigne and Henryk were considered the two best hunters. They never gave up, fought fearlessly, and never lost a fight. No other hunter was as powerful as they were, and didn't try to be. The pair fought very strategically, with Henryk throwing his knives before charging, and Gascoigne being very aggressive and quickly overwhelming beasts.
Father Gascoigne became a very experienced hunter, master every weapon used by the Healing Church, and eventually knew everything there was to know about the hunters. He was well respected by the citizens of Yharnam. He was even seen as a hero in Yharnam.
Gascoigne eventually fell in love with a woman named Viola, who was Henryk's daughter. Viola was blonde, wore a black dress, and fell in love with Gascoigne. After about a month, Gascoigne asked Henryk if he could marry Viola, and Henryk accepted. Gascoigne gave Viola a Red Jeweled Brooch as a sign of love.
